Over the last week or so, we’ve made a fuck load of sweet stuff.
1. Mini and full-size wholemeal croissants.
2+3. Croissants. I stretched these out a little too far so they turned out a bit flat.
4+5. Cardamom swirl loaf.
6+7. Chelsea buns. Again, I rolled the dough too thin here and they’ve not come out as defined as they should be. Possibly a little over-baked too.
8+9. Emmanuel’s poppy seed stollen. None of us quite mastered the swirl in the centre here but never mind.#bread #stollen #croissants #chelsea buns
