Anyway my ryes came out so much better on the assessment but the ciabatta and chestnut sourdough look so nice here compared to last Friday :(

I tried to post this a while ago but sadly I think it was a casualty to the post-chomping monster that exists in the area of the internet between the Android app and Tumblr HQ.

Anyway, here’s some of the bread I made on my assessment. Unfortunately just a phone camera shot as my actual camera died just as I tried to take a picture but never mind. This is the toasted mustard and dill seed rye, my kinda average baguettes and my chestnut sourdough.
